New Face Gallery Did not Download

My watch and phone are both running the most recent iOSs, but when my watch is paired, it does NOT show all of the new faces in the gallery. When it's unpaired, all of the available faces appear. I've restarted my phone and watch, and I've paired and unpaired them and the new faces are still missing.

Some watch faces are model specific and if you don't have that particular model then the watch face doesn't show on your watch or face gallery.
