iPhone Xr ear speaker

Five or six days ago I noticed when I would pick up a phone call from somebody that they’re here speaker to my iPhone XR was not working correctly and it was very quiet. I checked to make sure that my volume was turned up all the way which it was and then I changed it to the external speaker and it was working fine when I turned it back to your speaker is my head I could hardly hear them. Has there been any other complications like this
