How do you find your phone when Lost my Phone and others apps cannot find it
How to find lost iphone when all apps have been used. Is it wise to use a tacker?

The Find Me app or the webpage at https://www.apple.com/icloud/find-my/ can only locate devices that have the Find My x feature enabled in the iCloud configuration and have some form of communicating (cellular network, Wi-Fi) and are powered (have battery charge) and have not been hacked by the thief if stolen.
If any of the above conditions are not met, it is not findable.
