icloud account

I have 3 iPhones on 1 apple ID. My daughter's contacts have taken over my phone. Phone calls will display as the contact name i have given them and the contact name my daughter has given them. My ID card on my phone has her information on it. I do not have family sharing set up on our icloud account. How can we all share the same apple id and icloud account and not have this happen? Should i delete the phone from my Apple ID? Thank you in advance for the help with this.

AppleIDs are personal, individual, not shareable. Your data changed cause the account was changed by your daughter that has the login credentials. What you need to do is get an AppleID for your daughter, disassociate her phone from yours and restore your data in your AppleID. If you want to have control of what she purchases, use Family Sharing with yours as the master account.
