I tried the solution, but, unfortunately, that not worked for me.

on my MAC : (SORRY FOR TYPOS AND GRAMMAR)

menu>system preferences>security and privacy>privacy[TAB]>microphone

There is no any app is showing right now, but I have installed AUDACITY.

I'm hardly trying to solve this problem, but I didn't get any right solution till now.
