iOS 13.3.4

I want to download an app called procreate and it says you need an iOS of 13.3.2 or higher and I tried to download but it says they are all up to date at 10.3.2 does this mean that this iPad is too old for this download or am I missing something

What is the latest update for ipad mini Trying to get an app that requires update to 13.2 or later. I pad shows up to date and it is only at 12.5.1. It will not update any more. When we pull up app (Procreate; Sketch, Paint, Create) it says; device is capable to download app. Can't understand why iPad will not allow any greater update. It is a relatively older iPad mini if that has anything to do with it.

Yes your ipad is too old to get the latest update.

You will need to upgrade to a newer ipad.
