I have the Blackmagic EGPU and Catalina v. 10.15.2. No longer have the option on any apps to prefer EGPU. Late 2016 15" MBP with 2.7Gh, 16GB Ram, 455GPU. Don't see it on a new Mac Mini either.

Thank you for your response. But, I don't have the available options that were listed in the article.
It simply is not there on my MacBook Pro and Mac mini. The EGPU still shows up. But, the internal is used before the external.
Notice the option should be under the open in low resolution on the info tab. It's not there.
Prefer EGPU option no longer listed as described in this article.
