Apple TV app on shield tv and other Android

So I see apple is putting apple TV app on select Android TV's but says it won't support android. Now I was a big Apple user still like apple but got tired of it after the iPhone 10 and wanted a change. I still have my iPad pro 2019 and love it. Issue is what about the apple users who use apple for there movies and want to watch them on there Android devices. I only buy my movies from apple infact I have well over 100 movies on my apple TV. I'm buying a new projector as my tv set up and I hate switching from device to device my main device is going to be the shield tv and would love to see an apple app so I can watch the tons of movies I've bough. Be nice to watch them on my OnePlus phone as well I'm going to be buying from apple forever most likely already got to much invested just don't want to have to be tied down to there phones or apple TV's to watch my content I want options and if that includes Android then I should have the app to do so.
