I Just received my new iPhone 11 as part of the Apple upgrade program. I am going through the set up and got to the point where I do a software update. The update will start and then stop three seconds later no matter how many times I try it. I have tried to connect to different Wireless networks and started over a few time last with no success. Any ideas?

I was able to resolve by contacting Apple support. Had to update the iTunes software on my pc and then had to close and reopen I tunes and update through I tunes to get it to update. Thank you all for your replies!

There seem to be a number of server issues today when it comes to updating software. You can contact Apple Support if you wish, or you can try waiting a while and trying again.
