Apple Music Playlist

When i create a new playlist my exs name pops up on the playlist when i didnt put it there. how do i get ride of it. He is no longer on my account but his name still shows up on my playlists.

iTunes on work computer still shows previous users playlists Hello! I started a new job and iTunes was previously installed on the work computer with the person's info that I've replaced. I've signed him out and signed myself in but I can't seem to remove his playlists from iTunes. What steps do I need to take in order to see my info and not his.
