Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble with Wallet on Apple Watch. I’m happy to help.
To start, make sure both devices are running the latest software:
Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that doesn’t help, I suggest unpairing your watch and setting it up again. When you unpair your Apple Watch, it automatically creates a backup as long as your iPhone is signed into iCloud.
