Apple ID will be blocked due to some payment issues

Hi,

I received few mails from Apple Support in with there was a prevention that my Apple ID will be blocked due to some payment info issues.

I don’t understand what’s going. I am subscribed only to Apple Music and every month I pay my subscription. When I wrote a letter asking more details about the reason of the blockade of my account, I received a vague answer that there was some payment issues.

When I follow the link to unlock my account, my social number is asked. I refuse to give some personal information and especially my social number. It is not necessary only for the renewal of my apple music subscription.

I hope you could give me more details and explain me the situation.
