Disable Reader View on iPad Air 2

How do you stop Reader view on internet pages?

This just started happening 2 weeks ago?

Safari shows all pages in some Reader view?

Go to top of the page, hit ” AA “ Box comes up:

Hide Reader View / Font (New York) / 4 circles, White-Clear-Black-Black / Website Settings

Hit the Hide and view is normal. Can not find this fix in Settings?

Help!! Frustrating!
