Can you add instruments from Logic Pro X to the GarageBand library on Mac, specifically the pianos?

If you have Logic Pro X installed, you will see the instruments from Logic Pro X in GarageBand. They will appear in the Legacy Section if the Library.

But what if you don't have Logic Pro X installed? Is there a way to access just the Logic Pro instruments, through Apple Support, say? Or is that part of what I'm paying for when I move up to Logic Pro?
Not looking to make the move until Logic Pro and Catalina play nice.
You purchase additional instruments either by buying Logic Pro X or Mainstage 3. GarageBand 10 can use use many of the instruments from these applications. But Apple is not selling these instruments separately.
Logic Pro X has a lot to offer, compared to GarageBand, it is truly a professional application.
