Perspective zoom for wallpaper

I’m in iOS 13.3 (latest update as of Jan 24, 2020) and I can’t find a way to disable the perspective zoom/parallax function on wallpapers. Previous versions allowed you to disable it when selecting your wallpaper from a saved photo. I would like to use a saved photo without losing so much of the edges of the image due to auto zooming. Any ideas?

You should be able to set Perspective Zoom to OFF once your saved photo is selected from your photo album. Below is an example of what the screen should look like.

Choose the center icon at the bottom to turn Perspective Zoom off and then scale the image to fit the screen.
