How do I find my iphone

I think someone took my phone I’m trying to use find my iPhone but it keeps coming up offline what can I do

You can lock the phone which will take effect when the phone comes on line.

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode

My phone is dead n offline I can’t find it n I can’t see it in find my iPhone eter not sure how this works if someone took it n I have it in lost mode will I be notified when they turn it on

If it isn't showing in Find My Phone, you won't be able to track or lock the phone.
