Request from a stranger in Find my friends

Hi,

in the past few weeks, a stranger sent me twice a request to share my location with him. He supposedly is sharing his location with me. How is this at all possible, and how can I make sure that he has not done more harm?

From his email address, it looks like the account of one of my customers may have been hacked. Would this be an explanation?

Thank you for your advice.

Hey michèle5630,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I hear that you're having issues with a request to share your location from a strange contact. I'd be glad to help out.

I'd suggest blocking that contact if you're not wanting requests or contact from them:

Cheers!
