Earpods making weird noise?

I use earpods every day to listen to music because of the quality and comfort they provide. However, recently they have made a weird buzzing noise. It happens occasionally whenever i move around, so I don’t know if it has to do with my phone or with the internal wiring. It works fine otherwise but the noise is a bit of a nuisance. Does anybody have an answer for this issue?
