restore Apple TV 4th gen via Apple TV app
my Apple TV 4th generation box needs to get restored. I upgraded to Catalina. I cannot see the Apple TV device in iTunes or the apple tv app and cannot restore the box. any advice?

If you can still access the menus:
Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
If you have a computer with iTunes:
Restore your Apple TV through iTunes - Apple Support
Or have Apple do it for you: make a reservation at a Genius Bar or contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
