Battery health

Will it harm the battery health if I use a fast charger with iPhone 11? The pd charger

Shouldn't be a problem. The power management system in the phone will reduce the charging current as the state of charge gets closer to 100%. Typically that means there can be a rapid charge up to maybe 80%, but then it will slow down. The higher state of charge is where the battery may heat up more and reducing the charge current serves to protect the battery from excessive wear as well as reducing fire risk.
