So I used to use the Nike run app religiously...I fell off the running thing when I downloaded the app again I kept getting an error message. I then I upgraded my phone to the 11 plus and it is still happening! Please note I have tried both logging in with email and Facebook and I have tried making a new account and none of them have worked!

Could you share the error message?
You need to contact Nike support to deal with that one, it is a link between their app and apparently Facebook that has failed.
so the above pic is what comes up when I try to make a new account or try to sign in with my email from my old account
The last two would indicate an error with the Nike servers, contact them to check.
