What do I do if I accidentally open a pop-up ad?

Ignore it. If you didn’t go to any links in the pop up, just dismiss it and move on. Even if you did, as long as you didn’t provide any information in the link, you are OK. If the pop up recurs, clear Website data in Safari, force close Safari, restart your phone and move on.

The pop-up was opened by one question being answered by clicking on a list of devises. I instantly realized my mistake and I have already completed your recommended instructions etc.

Now when I open my browser the pop-up website (vip.lucky-gifts-center.....) annoyingly opens and I am unable to browse.
