O finally figured out my security question answers and my password. I can now go into my account. So why is Apple continually sending me the email telling me I must remember my security question answers. Do I need to cancel my account so I will no longer receive this email? I receive it at least twice a day. So aggravating.
Are you sure those messages come from Apple?
They could be a scam attempt. Be careful and DO NOT give any personal info to anyone. Have you taken a look at this support article?:--> Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
