Enabling my iCloud Music library
When I Tried to merge my iTunes Music library I get the following error 'This Account does not have enable iCloud music. How do I enable it?

I cannot understand what "merge my iTunes Music [L]ibrary" means.
Using an iCloud Music Library requires at least one of the following:
- A current Apple Music subscription
- A current iTunes Match subscription
