Music subscription refund

Apple support granted me refund for my music subscription renewal and said I'd get an email regarding it and confirmation details. Seems simple enough. So I have yet to receive an email let alone a refund but when I open the missing app I don't have access to subscriber content. They said it would immediately block access and remove my account it whatever which it did, of course, but wondering if I can get confirmation of refund or an actual refund

I did cancel I membership subscription 2 months in a row at least 2 to 3 Wells prior to next renewal date. And I circled to see if I had access which obviously I did until each of the current periods at the time entered the date of renewal and as stated all my Access was denied and promoted me to renew if I wanted to continue access which I then uninstalled apple music/iTunes apps and thought I was successful in cancelling, until I got charged the next two months.... It caused me to pay a late fee and had insufficient funds when I tried to pay another bill..... Just FYI fellow Apple users... As much as I enjoy Apple products be careful when you go to cancel a membership and my advise is to ask Apple support to confirm. That's the only way mine worked. Could just if been that unlucky person this rare issue happens to or could be common. Lemme know what you guys think plz. Thanks for the feedback
