Charged $14.99

I was charged $14.99 but I signed up for a free subscription. How do I get a refund. I want to cancel the free subscription if I’m going to be charged for it. I want to keep my free trial ONLY if I’m not going to be charged $14.99 for it.

It sounds like somehow you got enrolled in the Apple Music Family Plan instead of the Individual Plan. This link may help:

Hi! I was just in a chat with Wilfred and lost her when she told me to read a email she sent me.

I signed up for a Free Apple Music Trial and somehow I must have checked family sharing thinking it was the free trail by mistake. I’m not familiar with how to sign up for free trials I just select yes I will try the free trial I’m sorry it was by mistake. I would like for you to consider a refund for $14.99 and please stop all Apple free trial on my account and my daughters account . Thank you so much for your help
