The 1st generation iPad Pro (2015) is not compatible with iPad Os (iOS 13). However the 2nd and 3rd gen iPad Pro is. Try rebooting or powering off your iPad.
You are mistaken, iPad Pro first generation is compatible with iPadOS, iOS 13.
