Amazon and Netflix will not load in any browser (Etrecheck results)

I'm running OS Catalina on a late 2013 macbook pro. I have checked firewall connection, run malware bytes, reset both the SMC and NVRAM. Here are the Etrecheck results, can someone please help me interpret them and let me know what's going on with my computer. Thank you.

Create a new user account on your Mac, log in and see if the issue persists.

If you're not familiar with those steps, see here: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/set-up-other-users-on-your-mac-mtusr001/mac

Also, run etrecheck again and post the results; it should see if you successfully removed OpenVPN.

The etrecheck report says otherwise:

Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.openvpn.client.plist
        Executable: /Library/Frameworks/OpenVPN.framework/Versions/Current/bin/openvpn-service -no --pidfile /var/run/openvpn.pid
Details: Exact match found in the whitelist - probably OK

You need to remove OpenVPN completely. You may have to check their website for directions.
