Apple tv

I’ve been trying to get Apple TV on my TV. It was working for about two weeks and now it won’t recognize my Apple ID information. I’m not sure how to make it happen I’ve reset my password a few times and it’s just saying that I have the incorrect information Or it goes back to the screen where you put in for in your information again each time I’m not sure what to do because we are paying for it

If using an older model then you need to enter the password and code together. In order to stay within the time limit enter the password, manually request the code and add it to the password
