battery ran out immediately

I was using my Macbook air then I went to bed , I put it on sleep and in the next morning when I woke up saw that it is empty charged , it happened although I am sure that it the last moment before I put it on sleep it was 100%charged...

why this happened to me?

Don't know for sure, activity monitor and system log files may yield clues about what happened

while it supposedly was 'asleep'. Maybe it walks in its sleep and raided the refrigerator for snacks?

You could run EtreCheck and post a report into your reply; that may show something ~ or not.

Could be the system's battery/power specs may indicate 'use cycles' nearer EOL count?

When in presence of grid power, you may choose to use that as default; mac cannot overcharge.
