Sim not valid issues

Did you just buy our iPhone or changed carriers? It appears that you may have a carrier locked iPhone. If that is the case then you will need to call the carrier that the iPhone was working on and ask them to unlock the iPhone. Good Luck.

Hi Cullen,

A carrier is the company that provides you the phone and data service for your iPhone. For example, in the US, my carrier is AT&T and in Europe it may be Vodafone, etc. Thats whom I meant that you should call.
