You need to do the Account Recovery. See the Apple Support article below.

You need to change the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime.

I tried that but everytime i try it says that it want the number i did it with. But the problem is that i dont know the number. When i by a mistake turn on the Two-Factor Authentication it did not give me the option to choose any number
