Hi there, my credit card has expired and I tried updating payment information on my iphone. I couldn’t remove the old card (probably as it’s the only card linked to my account) and there was no update/renew the expired card option. So I had to add the new card (which has the same number as the old one but different expiry date and CVV), keeping the old one there. Then the ‘update’ option appeared on the old card, I pressed it, got kicked out from that menu and now cannot access my payment information, getting an error: ‘We’ve run into a problem. Please try again later.’
