My Bluetooth keeps buffering and I can’t turn it off or on

Let's start by making sure that your iPhone is fully updated. To check that, go to Settings > General > Software Update. If one is available, I'd suggest backing up your iPhone first. Info on both backing up and updating can be found in Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If the issue is still present after updating, go to Settings and tap on Airplane Mode to enable it for a few seconds and then tap it again to turn it off. After doing this, test your Bluetooth again.

Thanks for updating and for testing AirPlane Mode on your iPhone. Does your iPhone have a case on it? If so, remove the case and see if Bluetooth will begin to connect properly. Also, which specific iPhone model are we working with?

Let's also go ahead and Force restart iPhone and see if that changes anything.
