1. Please check the info in this article to ensure it wasn't from Family Sharing or another hold or authorization : If you see 'itunes.com/bill or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
2. Even if you delete an app, it's possible there was a subscription included. Please check your subscriptions using this article: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
3. Check this article to request a refund using the emailed receipt: Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support
