4 Faint Vertical Lines On Display Under Certain Lighting Conditions

I bought an Apple Watch Series 3 42MM GPS about 20 days ago and I've noticed under certain lighting conditions i see 4 vertical lines down the middle. I have no idea why this is but its noticeable and its annoying. Does anybody have the answer to my problem? Thanks.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that vertical lines appear down the middle of your Apple Watch Series 3. I know any issues on a new device can be concerning. Please take your Apple Watch to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation.
