I have been having trouble getting my mobile hotspot to connect to ANYTHING. I can turn it on, and it appears, but there is not internet connection.

Yes, I have been using my mobile hotspot since I got this phone, but the past month or two it hasn't worked.

Not that i’m aware of. I have Verizon.
