"Screen time say I’ve used an app I haven’t: On screen time, when I look at my daily report, it always says I’ve used multiple apps I don’t have, for example, Amazon, BBC sport, etc. The weird thing is, it is always the same amount of time I’ e used Safari that day. Can anyone explain to me why, or tell me how to stop this? BTW I’m using my iPad Air 3rd gen."

These are "Extensions". So, turn off/disable them, and they should not be adding up as you go about running Safari. Uninstall one, and it would never show up. Thing is, some sites may not operate as intended (i.e. for popups), so deleting them may not be the best of all ideas.
To Uninstall Them:
- Go To: Safari Menu
- Click: Preferences
- Click Extensions tab.
- Choose: the Extension you want to Uninstall.
- Click the Uninstall button
Just untick the box, to turn off/disable the extension. All should be good from there.
