iso 9.3.5 to update to iso 10
i have a ipad mini from a family member, when i try and download a program, it tells be i have to update to iso 10. mine is saying it is update with iso 9.3.5. how do i download iso 10

Sounds like a first-gen mini. It cannot be upgraded further.
