Apple ID locked

Hi there, somebody can help me to unlock the Apple ID, few days ago a mail by Apple says that my account has been locked for security, but on a multiple try’s I can’t unlock

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Apple ID is locked or disabled


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     


If necessary, contact Apple ID Support.
