Iphone photos upload to Instagram

When I take picture with my iPhone, I am unable to use that picture to:

-upload with my Instagram app as to post it to my page and to the public

Error message:

Could not open photo.

Please Try again in a moment.

It never let's me proceed... I've reset my photos, etc many times... Nothing works.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
