How can i view my messages in icloud

Look in the messages app. If your messages are in iCloud they are on your phone. If they are on your phone, they are in iCloud. iCloud doesn’t store the messages offline, iCloud keeps the messages in sync and works the way that all iCloud content works. If you delete it on one device you delete it everywhere.
