Subscription problem

I set up a trial subscription for a week. A day later, I tried to cancel it so that it would not charge a fee later. But after I clicked delete subscription, it was not deleted and the delete button was gone, and this subscription is still in active. What should I do?

If you can't cancel the subscription using the steps in the Apple Support articles below, contact iTunes Support.


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
