Apple Watch Series 3 in not connect my iPhone 6 where is the problem how to the fixing time

If the watch has watchos6 software on it then it will NOT pair with your Iphone 6,watchos 6 requires a phone with ios13 or higher which is an iphone 6s or higher,your iphone 6 will only update to ios12.
