Walking distance calculation for a month

How do i calculate my total distance walked in a month .. I don’t want average..

i am using an iwatch series 5 and iphone Xs

iPhone XS, iOS 13

Walking distance grand total I am trying to export my total distance walked so far in 2022 to get a grand total. When I export my health data, only exercise time, stand time etc are exported. Is there another way to get total distance distance? I wear my Apple Watch every day. Thanks.

In the health app on the phone,browse/activity/walking and running distance,scroll down and tap on show all data.
