If I understand your post correctly, you are unable to pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone. I’d like to help.
If you haven't already, let's have you update to the latest iOS version available:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then restart both devices:
Restart your iPhone
How to restart your Apple Watch
Any chance that you may have participated in watchOS Beta?
Please also make sure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your iPhone.
Then power off the devices in this order:
- Apple Watch
- iPhone
Then power them back on in the same order:
- Apple Watch
- iPhone
