lost instagram
my instagram has just simply disappeared i’ve had no emails to tell me why and i do not break any rules please can someone help

Can you just redownload it from the App Store? If it has an "Open" button next to Instagram in the App Store, then it's still on your device. You could also try searching for it in Spotlight Search (page to the left of your first home screen of icons).
