I have pay twice (taken payment from my bank account twice) my subscription for the the monthly payment but I still can not access to ITunes and it says I need to make the payment again. Can you help, please?

Did you confirm the subscription is active using the instructions included in the link I provided previously?
What exactly are you trying to pay for? iTunes does not cost money unless you mean iTunes Match, or Apple Music?
