Purchase money

Dear

Apologies for my bad english as well. I just transferred 10 euros twice with my internet banking app, but something went wrong. I can see on my banking app that it has been debited but I do not see it on my apple id. What should I do now.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes and then back in to see if that refreshes your balance?/


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
