Hello,
I am not quite sure what you mean by your iTunes library. The iTunes media player is exclusively available on Windows PC and older Macintosh computers. iTune’s functionality was split up in the latest version of the Macintosh system software and Apple’s other devices into Music, Podcasts, Books, and TV. None of these applications on iPad support importing files. You can transfer your videos files to a computer and add them to your iTunes library on that computer. You could also use AirDrop to transfer these video files between other devices.

Hello,
Can you please elaborate more on your question?
I am a member of the fix your hog Harley Davidson website. Part of my premium membership includes a multitude of free downloads I want to put those downloads into my iTunes library and I don’t know how to do it with only an iPad.
Hello,
What exactly are these types of files? Are the audio files? What is their file extension? Are you downloading these from the iTunes Store? If you are trying to import an audio file into the Music application, unfortunately this is not supported at this time.
I unfortunately are not as tech savvy as you. These are instructional videos, I’m not sure of file type. No, I’m not trying to download them from the iTunes Store they are downloads that come with my membership on the fix my hog website, I’m trying to put them onto my iTunes library so that I can view them whenever I want and have them stored in my cloud.
Hello,
Thank you for elaborating. You do not need to import these into iTunes in order to view them. When you download a file on iPad, Safari will download the file into a “Downloads” folder within the Files application. From Files your an access these video files whenever you would like.
I normally use chrome and not Safari. But that’s fine if I can download them using Safari. Would I ever be able to transfer those downloads to another device or to my iTunes so I can keep them in my cloud?
